New Hampshire’s tallest building is
City Hall Plaza, located at 900 Elm Street in Manchester. It stands 275 feet
tall and has 20 floors. Construction of this steel high-rise was completed in
1992. It has a brick façade and is designed in postmodern architecture. It is
used as office space for city employees and private businesses.
Along with Hampshire Plaza, the Radisson Hotel, and the
Citizens Bank building, it defines the Manchester skyline.
